My husband and I love living here. Our experience over the past few years has been amazing. Cameron and Timothy are great to work with and super responsive, the apartment is gorgeous, and it’s in a great location within walking distance of tons of restaurants and things to do. We’d highly recommend it!

We love it here! The building is well-maintained and the units are perfect for us. Bonus - they are dog friendly! Been here for 3 years and are not planning to move anytime soon. Cameron and Timothy are amazing and work hard to keep this place up to it's immaculate shape. The location is right in the action of North and Oakland. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to rent!
