I love it here at wild reeds the apartments are well maintained and very spacious, Jahnala, Chelsey, and karly were very responsive and professional. The office team always assisted with any issues I had, would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

I've lived here for over a year and overall my experience have been great. The ladies at the office are always willing to help with anything. The maintenance guys respond quickly to maintenance request and they do a great job. I'll recommend living here since the apartment is really spacious, plus the staff make the experience more delightful.

I usually do not write reviews until I knew business for at least a year. In this case however I feel like I should place my “two cents” in. We moved from another state where we lived in what was classified as “luxury” townhome yet, my entire family agrees that our current, older apartment looks and feels a lot more luxury than our more modern, newer, old place.Point is, and let’s be realistic here, when it comes to renting properties luxury doesn’t always mean everything will be perfect.Many factors play role including where you came from and what luxury means for you as individual. Location and general overall value and condition of the property is considered. This is not the same obviously as your private home. Things I appreciate while living here are, grounds surrounding Wildreed complex are pretty well taken care of. Lots of trees and grassy patches, very well kept. We are super close to Everett Mall and majority of the popular shopping places and fast food restaurants are within walking distance. I 5 and most of the highways in the area are within very close proximity. Apartment unit (at least the one we are renting) is older but with tons of storage space, new carpet, pretty decent appliances, very roomy, high ceilings(love those) and gorgeous views. It smelled fresh and clean when we were moving in. Feels like it was designed with family in mind. I absolutely love green, wooded area and newly improved swimming pool near by. Love how quiet it is at night. We had one disturbance during national holiday but security took care of it almost immediately. Not even once anyone of us had any encounter with street people or drug paraphernalia around apartments and I walk my dog everywhere! Outside of the neighborhood yes, as in any city in the US we’ve been to, I’ve seen people begging or loitering but not on the Wildreed property. Our kitchen cabinets little outdated and washer had some rust on the lid but seriously, in the times we are living, unless you are a millionaire and live in your own house and can afford endless improvements, it would probably be common issue as well. Since we’ve moved in (few months ago) we had nothing but positive experience with the office staff and maintenance as well. Jahnala and Chelsey are highly professional, friendly and easy to communicate with anytime needed. I went to the office at least seven times in the last three months and both of them were always at their desks during business hours! My family and I have only positive experience with them! Both ladies are ALWAYS super proactive when it comes to notifying about any maintenance or exterior work planned to be done. There was not once any bad surprises! Maybe people should read their emails they provided while renting apartments if they don’t want their property damaged by outdoor pressure washing? (WE DID HAVE NOTIFICATION ABOUT UPCOMING PRESSURE WASHING AND warning to REMOVE ALL ITEMS LOCATED INSIDE, CLOSE TO THE FRONT DOOR including rugs) I had chance to live in several states, owned and rented properties, Washington so far is my most favorite. Rent is not cheap here (as it’s not cheap anywhere else) but it’s not any fault of office employees. They are just doing their jobs, exactly what they were hired for. Overall I can only say: Thank you Wildreed for enjoyable place to call our home!
