I moved to this complex in January of 2015. I moved out at the end of July, 2020. I dont know why there are all these negative reviews on here. My thoughts of apartment complexes weren't great before I'd moved here because I had only ever been in bad ones. Even cleaning pools for other companies it was always bad complexes where residents throw TV's in the pools and broken glass everywhere. The manager is awesome! AWESOME! (I know you read these, Deb!) and the maintenance staff was always great in the 5 and a half years I lived there. When I took a tour it was in December and it was raining like hell and I walked down by the building I live in and there's a big forest like area and it was just beautiful. It sold me. I miss the place already, I really do. I ate up I don't know how many hours of maintenance guy time talking about sports over the years and time BS'ing with Debbie. I know the folks that have been kicked out of there. I lived around a lot of them. If they're the ones leaving negative reviews, well that's too bad because they ain't the type of folks you want as your neighbors anyways. If you like 1 AM loud parties, you wont last long. If you're just looking for a nice place to live, this is the spot. Shout out Building 12! Oh ALSO... the community grills are frickin' sweet. Those are new and I was grumpy about them when they put them in, but they are kind of awesome. The biggest flaws are the Dumpster Dragons.
