We like living here a lot (been here for about 2.5 years now) and one of the best parts is the maintenance staff. Especially Robert! He’s so friendly and helps and fixes all of our issues really fast. Robert is amazing and a really big part of what makes living here great :)

This review is especially for the management and maintenance team for the community. I moved to eaves creekside about a couple of years ago and have since changed units within the community 3 times. Every single the process was made as easy and comfortable and efficient as possible. Allison and Vic in the management office are extremely efficient, and super attentive! I've gotten personal emails from them whenever I received a package that was outside the hub, and they have kept deliveries for me way beyond the time they should have. They have also been extremely respondent whenever I needed anything done in my apartment and completely flexible when it comes to my requests, way beyond what I expect anyone to be. Allison has approved multiple unit moves for me before my lease was up due my being extremely sensitive to noises and activity, and she is definitely mu favorite person in the whole community! The maintenance team has also been incredibly unbelievable and put up with all my reasonable and more importantly my unreasonable requests, like trimming trees to make sure my flowers get the sunlight they need to bloom, I really was surprised that they went that far for me. Robert, David, and a James have been the absolute best! I can't thank the entire team enough and could not recommend a better place to live.
