Hop in the car and you’re only a few minutes from highways 101, 237, and the Lawrence Expressway. I’ve just renewed my lease at Via Apartments for the third year in a row! I think Via is by far the best apartment complex in the area, and I can’t say enough good things about it. The office staff is excellent: if you contact them via email, they respond within a few hours. Maintenance requests are usually addressed same-day. The facilities are kept in good shape, and cleaned regularly. The apartments themselves are very nice, each feels modern and offers a great view. The complex features great underground parking, which is secure and convenient for your vehicle(s). The complex’s location is ideal, literally adjacent to the Fair Oaks VTA light rail station. The pool, hot tub, BBQ area, and bocci ball court are great features. After having lived in the complex for two full years, I have very few complaints and I’m extremely satisfied.

The pool has remained open for socially distanced swimming and the proximity to Grocery Outlet is wonderful! We like having a garage, too. Our family is relocating for work, but we've lived at Via for over 2 years and have found Vanessa and the entire leasing office team at Via helpful and kind.
