About to move in, so far everything has been going smoothly. I'll update this review after a few months of living here.

It’s been 1yr+ and we LOVE our apartment. We had months to scope out apartments in parts of San Jose/ Santa Clara, Campbell, Sunnyvale, Mountain View and Palo Alto. This complex was the absolute best value: decent price with in unit laundry, good community spaces and dog park + grooming station, attractive design for apartments, well maintained with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, good square-footage and generous balcony, space, quiet and easy expressway and 101 access, okay 280 access. Another bonus, management is laid back but always responsive with issues! Over the Thanksgiving weekend, while cleaning up, we noticed a water leak under the kitchen sink. My partner sent a quick email to management, and a couple hours later we get a knock on the door. Mauricio was very helpful and quick to see the issue! He replaced the disposal completely and installed a brand new one.
