The place itself is great and the community is awesome. The management team is below average at best. Any issues that pop up typically take a week or longer to respond and often it'll take multiple follow-ups to get someone to respond. When they respond, it's usually an apathetic response that does not provide clarity or direction. If management was better this would be an amazing place to live.
