I moved into Urbana Apartments in May of this year and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The office staff are not only fantastic but extremely kind and responsive, quickly addressing any issues I've had. The location is a major plus—just a short walk from all the amenities Ballard has to offer, which is one of the main reasons I chose to move here. As someone passionate about sustainability, I appreciate that the building is certified Gold LEED, aligning with my values. The management is always looking for ways to enhance the tenant experience, like their recent negotiation of a mass contract with an internet provider to offer high-speed internet access at a reduced cost to all tenants. The building itself, now 10 years old, feels modern and includes all the amenities you would expect, such as various floor plans and some units with essential AC. Regular security patrols ensure a safe environment, and the pet-friendly policy is a big plus. Overall, I highly recommend Urbana Apartments for anyone looking to live in a vibrant, secure, and conscious community.
