Current Tenant - Honest Review
This is the first time I’ve ever written a review about an apartment complex. I’m doing this for those who are currently searching for the perfect place to call home and want to make an informed decision by reading reviews online—just like I did. And yes, you absolutely should! Let me save you some time by sharing my honest review.
- The location is fantastic, offering both convenience and safety, which is a top priority. Most entertainment options are within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without a car. If you have kids, you’ll be happy to know there are plenty of playgrounds nearby, providing great opportunities for outdoor fun and family time. (Keep in mind that being right next to the ocean comes with its natural charm, but it also means the air can be a bit humid, and it tends to get chilly at times.)
- The management team here is outstanding—better than T-Mobile's expert team, if you know what I mean! If you have any issues in your apartment, you can easily submit a service request through the portal. The team is incredibly professional and responds quickly to resolve any matter. Additionally, Marina 41 offers a patrol service from 7 PM to 7 AM, adding an extra layer of security. (A special shout-out to Pia and Asia—you both are amazing! Thank you for everything you do!)
- Overall, the complex is quiet and laid-back, except on Fridays and Saturdays. Occasionally, some people like to take the fun a bit further, but it's generally not too bad. After all, we all need to de-stress now and then!

I arrived late for my appointment and she greeted me with a smile on her face saying, "Don't worry, everything is fine!"
I speak Portuguese and Spanish and have difficulty with English but Ashlie went out of her way to understand me and explain all the important points of the complex and all the apartments we saw! She was extremely kind, lovely, attentive, fun and cheerful! This made all the difference in my decision to apply to this Condo for sure!
I was about to give up on moving to Marina but Ashlie gave me good reasons to try again so I am very grateful to her for that!
The condo is clean, organized and has fresh air everywhere with lots of trees and plants! The apartments I saw were 1 bedroom and surprisingly had great layouts. Everything seemed well taken care of and clean! I really liked that!
I am glad I didn't cancel this visit and I can't wait to live here soon!

Listen, my view is incredible, I have plenty of space in my apartment, and I can walk to get coffee by the ocean in the morning. There isn't much to complain about the location of this apartment complex. My experience with the office staff has been awesome as well, especially Julia who always goes out of her way to treat me well and give my pup treats. My pup loves Julia so much she drags me into the office on a regular basis to say hello and get her treat!

I Visit my daughter Julia Oostveen at Marina 41 Apartments quite often. I Love the spacious apartments, with plenty of natural light. We Love the pool area, that has plenty of lounge chairs to be comfortable! We also Love that we can walk to the park/ beach across the street. There are also a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

Marina 41 was a wonderful place to live! 10 min walk to the beach, great views, and amazing management. Anytime we had an issue, maintenance would take care of it within 48 hours without question. Julia in the front office was truly the best - super responsive via email and always always ALWAYS made sure we were taken care of. Would recommend to everyone :)
I recently moved into Marina41, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Pia was instrumental in the application process, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Her communication was outstanding, and she kept me informed every step of the way.
On move-in day, Julia assisted me and was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and understanding. The level of responsiveness from both Pia and Julia made my move-in process efficient and stress-free. Plus, they & the staff are entirely personable/welcoming. Highly recommend Marina41!!
I have lived in this apartment complex for few months now and I had the pleasure of interacting with Pia, the leasing consultant of this apartment complex, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the moment I reached out, she has been super helpful and genuinely eager to assist.
She has always addressed all my concerns promptly and provided clear, helpful information. Her friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a significant difference. It's rare to find such dedicated and efficient customer service these days, and I truly appreciate her efforts.
I highly recommend this apartment complex for their outstanding customer service.

Update: Renewing for another year thanks in large part to the terrific management (Alex) and leasing office (Julia). It’s just an easy place to live and you really cannot beat the views.
As I said last year, great location, terrific neighbors, large, spacious apartments with minimal noise transfer. I wish the appliances were higher-end and in-unit washer and dryer more energy efficient and newer, but that’s my only (well known) complaint. Maintenance staff is responsive, polite, and capable, and the leasing office great.
