Our homes feature white kitchen and bath cabinetry, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and an upgraded lighting package. Our floor plans offer spacious closets, in-home washer/dryer and private patio/balcony with ocean, marina and city views. Enjoy our fitness center, resort-style pool and spa, and tennis courts. Our community offers great dog friendly locations with easy access to the marina for walking. Additionally, the rest of our community is feline exclusive. Nearby recreational activities include para-sailing, sport fishing, harbor cruises, jet skiing, kayaking, paddle boarding and bike trails.

Current Tenant - Honest Review This is the first time I’ve ever written a review about an apartment complex. I’m doing this for those who are currently searching for the perfect place to call home and want to make an informed decision by reading reviews online—just like I did. And yes, you absolutely should! Let me save you some time by sharing my honest review. - The location is fantastic, offering both convenience and safety, which is a top priority. Most entertainment options are within walking distance, making it easy to enjoy the area without a car. If you have kids, you’ll be happy to know there are plenty of playgrounds nearby, providing great opportunities for outdoor fun and family time. (Keep in mind that being right next to the ocean comes with its natural charm, but it also means the air can be a bit humid, and it tends to get chilly at times.) - The management team here is outstanding—better than T-Mobile's expert team, if you know what I mean! If you have any issues in your apartment, you can easily submit a service request through the portal. The team is incredibly professional and responds quickly to resolve any matter. Additionally, Marina 41 offers a patrol service from 7 PM to 7 AM, adding an extra layer of security. (A special shout-out to Pia and Asia—you both are amazing! Thank you for everything you do!) - Overall, the complex is quiet and laid-back, except on Fridays and Saturdays. Occasionally, some people like to take the fun a bit further, but it's generally not too bad. After all, we all need to de-stress now and then!

Ashlie is such a lucky lady! 🫶🏻 I arrived late for my appointment and she greeted me with a smile on her face saying, "Don't worry, everything is fine!" I speak Portuguese and Spanish and have difficulty with English but Ashlie went out of her way to understand me and explain all the important points of the complex and all the apartments we saw! She was extremely kind, lovely, attentive, fun and cheerful! This made all the difference in my decision to apply to this Condo for sure! I was about to give up on moving to Marina but Ashlie gave me good reasons to try again so I am very grateful to her for that! The condo is clean, organized and has fresh air everywhere with lots of trees and plants! The apartments I saw were 1 bedroom and surprisingly had great layouts. Everything seemed well taken care of and clean! I really liked that! I am glad I didn't cancel this visit and I can't wait to live here soon! Thank you Ashlie for that! See you soon! 🤞🏻🌻
