Monthly gross income must total three times (3x) the monthly rent amount to qualify. Applicant must provide a minimum of two (2) paystubs and/or proof of income through bank statements showing direct deposits. The application fee is $50.00 per person. All adults 18+ who'll be residing in the premises are required to apply and will be listed on the lease agreement. A photo ID is required on the application (you can snap a picture with your phone), along with a Social Security number for screening and identification purposes. We will conduct a background check on all adult applicants; any prior evictions or felonies within the last 10 years will render applicant/s ineligible for residency. Upon approval, we will hold the property for you for a (minimum) one total security deposit; this becomes non-refundable in the event the applicant backs out of the deal. Then ,anytime before move-in day we require the remaining security along with the first & last month's rent.
