Overall great experience living at Bell Olmsted Park! Lived there for about a year. All the amenities are wonderful. Managing staff took care of any repairs I needed quickly. At one point, my in-unit dryer was making a lot of noise, and they replaced it completely with a brand new one. I think one of my favorite things about Bell Olmsted is the location: 2 min walk for the E-line, a stones throw from Jamaica Pond. The location is also quiet enough that it feels mildly suburban.

Coming up on experiencing Bell Olmsted apartments for almost a year and I 100% recommend anyone considering moving in and here's why: Staff: Friendly/helpful staff and concierge. Shout out to Chrissy, she is the absolute best. The leasing office is on point with their communication. Apartment: The apartments are spacious. We love our huge windows and tree views. It is so beautiful to see the changing colors during the season changes. Plenty of closet space. Washer/Dryer in unit is the best! The den is a nice addition for our office space. Kitchen island is spacious, makes for smooth cooking. Facilities: The facilities are stunning and clean. High ceilings as you walk in, 24-hr gym, covered parking (no shoveling yay), convenient food cubbies for deliveries, pool, courtyard, with plenty of seating, dog park, and nice lounge where fun community events are hosted. Location: Great and Convenient location, a few minutes walk to a T station that takes you right into downtown. My favorite is that right behind us is Bell Olmsted Pond which then connects to JP Pond. Perfect for a nice stroll. So much beautiful greenery all around. Maintenance: Haven't really had any maintenance issues but in the rare occasion that I needed anything they came right away. The maintenance man is super friendly and efficient. Safety and Packages: Secure and Safe Building- Concierge on staff all day until about 11:00p, after that, only folks with a key fob can enter. Concierge being onsite also ensures that any packages we receive are also safe and accounted for. Concierge does a really good job of notifying us upon receiving a package so we can pick it up. Concierge manages the package room which ensures that a neighbor doesn't accidentally pick up your package by mistake. We love it here. Bell Olmsted is a nice place to call home.
