Unfortunately this apartment complex boasts a parking lot in which several spaces are inaccessible to tenants without illegally driving across a significant portion of the public sidewalk. Rather than ensuring that the spots that tenants pay for are accessible through the designated curb cuts, the property manager here has taken to threatening to tow locals who park their cars legally on the neighboring public curbs. 1 star for being an unsafe public nuisance. It is only a matter of time before a pedestrian gets struck by tenants who are forced to drive across the sidewalk to access their parking spots. Do not rent here if you are looking for safe offstreet parking.
