I moved into the Hudson a few weeks ago, and it has been a great experience so far. The office / management staff are friendly, responsive - I have had more communication in the first 2 weeks at the Hudson than I did in 3 years at my old apartment complex. The property is kept very clean and with access to a small public park that is kept clean and clear of homelessness, it is a great location for anyone with a dog. The views of South Lake are nothing short of amazing. Happy to call The Hudson my new home!

I wanted to take this opportunity to commend/praise Nordic Real Estate LLC for being an awesome and effective property management company at The Hudson! I want to give a shout out to Kevin Falk, Carter Custer, Lester (forgot last name, so sorry), and George (forgot last name, so sorry) for all their hard work in making The Hudson a better place! In a very short amount of time, there was dramatic improvement on the property's aesthetics and management communication! Everyone went above and beyond to help me with noise concerns even offering to move me to a quieter unit. While in the end it was best for me to move completely out of The Hudson (out of apartment living), I will always appreciate how far Nordic was willing to go to find resolution. Their efforts and willingness to help me demonstrated how much they care about tenant well being and quality of life. I am hard pressed to find regular people out there in the world who care that much! Additionally, Nordic heavily assisted me with an expedient and efficient move out process. That went a long way in a world in which you don't know what life brings! Their communication was top notch for all my inquiries! I challenge anyone to find a property management entity as responsive as Nordic! Many thanks to Nordic for the unparalleled professionalism and for all thhey have done so far at The Hudson! Also, I will miss the gym there!
