I have been year over 8 years and i really have to say there is a brilliant look @ Maplewood Apartments. The complex has done wonderful improvements by upgrading everything in each building. from replacing the carpeting throughout every floor, every walkway, every hall and every building, to remodeling each apartment with new floors, carpeting, new fridge, new electric stove. Also, the entire inside walls of every building were painted as well as the detail wood door frames and doors look like a brand new complex. The laundry room machines of each building were replace with new and improve washers and dryers state-of- the art units! The improvements has given us a new perspective and being proud to live here. Also, the maintenance staff that replaced my water heater with a new larger hot water heater. The maintenance staff are the"Jack of all trades". They literally repair anything you need fixing plus most of the job order are completed within 1 hour time. To the main office staff who are there to assist you in anything you need, are a fantastic wonderful professionals. To the manager Steve who has a open door policy and can meet with him anytime. He has done a fantastic job remodeling the entire apartments complex. BRAVO to the crew at Maplewood Park Apartments!!

March 2024! My stars🌟✨, how time flies. Another two years of peaceful living at Maplewood Park Apartments in Renton (making it 11 years). This year I am especially appreciative of the policy that permits two small dogs, not just one. In November 2023, Gabriela joined my little family from the Yakima Humane Society. The dogs love their walks at Heritage Park, just across the small cul-de-sac street from us. Renton Parks department keeps the park clean and manicured. If you like a morning jog, there is a 1/3 mile paved pathway among the flowers and trees. A quiet walk in a "forest?" There is a quarter-mile path among the trees. If you have children and are considering Maplewood, they might love the large play area at the park, with baseball diamond, picnic tables and BBQs, and covered event area. Maplewood management continues to make capital improvements, such as installing hardwood-esque flooring and washer and driers in many units. There are enjoyable events during the year so that neighbors can get acquainted while kids play in the swimming pool. One of the things I love about living here is the responsiveness of the staff to the rare noise issue or if the dishwasher suddenly needs attention. In the 11+ years I have been here, I have not heard of any complaint from my neighbors about getting service when needed. After hours, there is a responsive security group that responds to questions or requests for onsite presence. Another feature I appreciate is the kiosk with our mailboxes and parcel lockers. It has made shopping Amazon and other vendors very convenient and secure. One thing may go unnoticed or unappreciated: the parent company of Maplewood Park Apartments. Maplewood is owned by Horizon Realty Advisors, located here in the Seattle area. They have been certified as a "Great Place to Work" in America. They strive to have their passion for people and excellence trickle down to every property they manage. I know that Maplewood staff have regular meetings about excellence in service and strive to live up to their mission of support for residents. In the 11+ years I have lived at Maplewood, I have gotten to know rather well the several managers and other staff - from maintenance to office. They are wonderful people, caring, fair-minded, and responsible. I care about where I live, I care about my safety and the security of my property and person (and dogs). I imagine that you do, also, or you would not be reading reviews. If you are looking for a beautiful property, convenient to every basic amenity, managed by people you can trust, I entreat you to visit Maplewood Park Apartment's office. I can highly recommend this as a good place to live for all the reasons mentioned earlier. August of 2021. I've been living here at Maplewood Park Apartments for almost eight years now, and am as happy today as I was when I wrote the review below three years ago. 2018, Just renewed my lease for my fifth year as a resident at Maplewood Park Apartments. I highly recommend it to anyone who values all it has to offer: very well-kept grounds and buildings, responsive and friendly staff, children- and small-pet friendly, swimming pool, business office (with fax, scanner, printer), fitness center, and more. About once a year I put in a request for a service--slow drain or something similar--and within 24 hours, it is taken care of. Friendly neighbors. Park nearby. It is a great place to live!
