The problem with this complex is the management company, Austin Manage. They are completely invisible. Literally have never met the property manager(does not live on site) or anyone else who represents the company. Sounds chill until your car gets towed out of the parking lot randomly and you have no idea who to contact. If you call the main number, no matter what you are needing, they have never called us back. Right now I’m sitting in my apartment going on 30 hours with no water because they decided to do some work and didn’t warn anyone . This is just the tip of the iceberg, but you get the idea.

I lived here from October, 22 to May, 23 and had a very negative experience. From the rats and roaches to the awful, out-of-state owned management company. No, I’m not angry, don’t feel like they owe me money, and didn’t have a conflict of personality with anyone. I genuinely had a bad experience and it’s because of the management company. AVOID!
