There has been an amazing improvement here at the Dorchester Apts. since the arrival of new management. Our new property manager, Mr. Isaac makes sure his tenants are taken care of. Why, you may ask? He cares! Compared to our last manager, very rude, disrespectful. You'd walk into the office and not even a good morning. Walk into the office and your greeted with Good morning or good after by Jeremiah. Property overall has improved amazingly, work orders get done. I will be renewing my lease again! Keep up the great job Mr. Isaac, Jeremiah, and maintenance. Thank you

We are under new ownership and as we clean house we are sure negative reviews will be posted on those in violation or under eviction. We invite you to come tour community and see for yourself, we are 95% full with wonderful tenants new and old. We anticipate a waiting list hear soon so come pre-lease before they are all gone!!
