I’m the first person to move in an apartment at Sunset Terrace and I absolutely love my apartment. My apartment has a million dollar view of Lake Washington, the Olympics and Seattle in the distance. The staff here is very friendly and have gone out of there way to help me with some things that I was unable to do for myself! I highly recommend Sunset Terrace Apartments if you’re in the market for an apartment! You won’t be disappointed. Chris, Jen and Aleda you guys are the best and thank you!!

After living here for about a week I have to say I have no regrets. The apartments are brand new with a beautiful view of Lake Washington and the city of Seattle in the distance. At night you can see the city lights glow. Its location is convenient with it being close to a few grocery stores and restaurants that you can walk to and if you want more options the Landing is right down the hill. It’s also close enough to the highway that makes commuting convenient, but far enough that you don’t hear any of the traffic noise. There is also a library next door and a park right in front of the building which is nice, because you know that no one can build anything that will obstruct the view. They also have great amenities like a gym with everything one could want to get a good workout and places to work in case you wanted some quiet space. I’d also like to say that my experience with the staff has been exceptional to say the least. Chris, one of the property managers was my first point of contact. He’s professional and genuine. He has made the entire process a pleasant experience from viewing to applying to being an actual resident here. Chris is valuable asset to these apartments and I’m glad he’s apart of the wonderful staff that manages Sunset Terrace.
