I’m the first person to move in an apartment at Sunset Terrace and I absolutely love my apartment. My apartment has a million dollar view of Lake Washington, the Olympics and Seattle in the distance.
The staff here is very friendly and have gone out of there way to help me with some things that I was unable to do for myself!
I highly recommend Sunset Terrace Apartments if you’re in the market for an apartment! You won’t be disappointed.

After living here for about a week I have to say I have no regrets. The apartments are brand new with a beautiful view of Lake Washington and the city of Seattle in the distance. At night you can see the city lights glow. Its location is convenient with it being close to a few grocery stores and restaurants that you can walk to and if you want more options the Landing is right down the hill. It’s also close enough to the highway that makes commuting convenient, but far enough that you don’t hear any of the traffic noise. There is also a library next door and a park right in front of the building which is nice, because you know that no one can build anything that will obstruct the view. They also have great amenities like a gym with everything one could want to get a good workout and places to work in case you wanted some quiet space.
I’d also like to say that my experience with the staff has been exceptional to say the least. Chris, one of the property managers was my first point of contact. He’s professional and genuine. He has made the entire process a pleasant experience from viewing to applying to being an actual resident here. Chris is valuable asset to these apartments and I’m glad he’s apart of the wonderful staff that manages Sunset Terrace.
I ended up not living here, but the team here at Sunset Terrace exceeded my expectations beyond belief. 5 stars isn't enough to truly rate them what they deserve. The customer service the team has is phenomenal. A special thanks to Chris, Kim and Aleda (please forgive me if I misspelled/misheard name) for constantly keeping in contact with me. I truly appreciate it, and wish them nothing but the best! I can tell this is an amazing community!

Sunset Terrace is an amazing new residence! The management team has been incredibly friendly and patient, guiding me through the move-in process and answering all my questions. The interior finishes are top-notch, and every floor boasts spectacular views of the evening sunsets. I highly recommend living here and can't wait to meet more of my fellow residents!
I really like this place so far, better now that we have new management. Probably why they got replaced. 🤷🏽 Abby with the new management has been helpful at attending to our requests. I’ve been really enjoying the gym and the workspace available for us. Keep up the great work, current management.
When we moved in, the management company was not in the best condition; they had a lot of questions. But now, a month later, the management company has changed, and they are wonderful! They work from Monday to Friday, are always in touch, quickly resolve all issues, are very polite and friendly, they really make our apartments better! Thank you very much to them, especially supervisor Abby, she is a pleasure to work with!
Abby, the new community manager and the maintenance supervisor have been nothing but phenomenal. Abby, since taking over, has been very responsive to all my questions and concerns and makes sure everything is taken care of right away as needed. The maintenance supervisor has been on top of everything as I've seen so far in changes, the property is well maintained in cleanliness, work requests, and making sure everything is back to working condition. I am beyond happy and thrilled to have a continued team who makes us all feel at home.

We were one of the first residents to move in and we definitely had challenges with the old management and their lack of knowledge and expertise regarding property management. However, that management is gone, and Abby the new manager is phenomenal. She walked into a mess left by the old team and has actively worked to fix the problems the building has had. We renewed our lease solely based on the fact that she was putting in her best effort to make living there comfortable for everyone. Also side note, whoever left a review about drugs in the garage, I have never seen that going on. I, being a 5’1 female have felt safe enough to walk through the garage and the staircases by myself at night almost everyday.
