Great building and location! What truly sets this place apart is Melissa, the community manager. From day one, she has been incredibly welcoming and responsive. Whether it's a maintenance request or just a quick question, Melissa always goes above and beyond to ensure residents are comfortable and happy. I've had my eye on this new building in a great neighborhood since it was under construction. I moved in last weekend! All the fixtures are nice. There are modern appliances and air conditioning! (To say nothing about the view from the community rooftop.) Melissa, the responsive and hard-working property manager, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire leasing process from start to finish. She continues to be a pleasure to work with.
