I will give 0 if I can. Made a schedule to tour. Got a confirmation text for appointment but the agent name Amelia is nor showing up or answering the phone. Such an unprofessional leasing team. <Update> Property manager Alice reached out to address the concern. Despite the issue wasn't fully resolved even with her engagement, at least she tried.

They scheduled multiple appointments to show me the house, but each time, they canceled half an hour before the meeting via text. They never answer the phone and don’t return calls. This is the worst management I’ve ever encountered! Stay away from this building!
