From the tour to the move-in the process it was all easy and smooth. A couple reasons why I moved here were for the floor to ceiling windows, the included murphy bed, the location being right off I5, the park and ride provides ample parking and having a washer and dryer in the unit. I have had one small issue where the door was sticking, even though it wasn't an emergency, management took care of it right away.

I've been residing at Kale Studios for a month. Situated near the University District in Seattle, WA. The close proximity to I-5 makes the location ideal for me, coupled with the consistent availability of parking at the park and ride. There a re plenty of restaurants within walking distance a few blocks away. The studio's size suits my needs perfectly and i love the indoor bike storage room so i don’t have to worry about it when i get one. When I submitted a request for repairs, the management team was prompt and efficient in their response. My fellow tenants are wonderful, making for an overall positive living experience. I would definitely recommend this place.
