When looking for an apartment community, the most factors considered are property, Location, amenities etc.. What you can't see is the Maintenance Staff. (That is the glue) At Fairway Big Canyon apartments, we have THE BEST Maintenance staff, especially JOSE. In this economic climate, it is a challenge to find good employees that want to work. He is always happy to help residents with a smile. It is a tough job, and residents can be brutal with their expectations. He manages it very well, and many requests are outside his control. His professionalism, positive attitude, mechanical skills, and patience make him unique. My company would kill for an employee like Jose, good thing my work is far away 😉. I just wanted to recognize him as he represents Essex very well. Thank you, Jose, you Rock!

Jose is amazing in every sense of the word. The fact that the leasing office is usually closed makes him evenn more important He always responds in a professional manner and does his best to take care of any issues at Fairways at Big Canyon. Very much a person that is pro active He is much more than a maintenance technician
