I lived there for a year. It was great, I genuinely had an excellent experience there. I do want to say however that the maintenance team lead by Jose are my absolute hero’s! They went above and beyond in not just maintaining my apartment but when I was moving both in and out. Seriously next level help that I just could not have expected. So thank you Jose this shoutout is genuinely for you man. You’re my guy and Ava is lucky to have you!

We've been with AVA Newport for about 4 years now and enjoy living here. Good neighbors make all the difference and we've been lucky enough to have some good ones. The Office Staff has been really good and we appreciate that. Had a water issue once that had us have to leave for several weeks and they immediately found us a place and did nice work on all the repairs. Maintenance has always responded quick and no issues having them in when I'm not there. Location is good and we walk to a lot of places and get the beach cruisers out a lot for the beach. Will be here for a while!
