About 253 N Broadway
We have large studios coming available the last week of June and first week of July. We are located on N Broadway between Flint and Wheeler across from the Left Bank Project and North of the Rose Garden Arena and Memorial Coliseum. It is a short walk Westcacross the Broadway Bridge to the Pearl District and East to Lloyd Center. 1923 Vintage building, beautiful and well maintained. Our large studios have separate kitchens with full size appliances and room for a small dining table. Our bathrooms feature claw foot tubs and tiled floors. Great location, easy access to freeways, downtown, Lloyd Center and the Rose Quarter transit center. The new street car line stop is directly across from the building and will be starting up in Sept. 2012. We pay water, sewer, garbage and heat. You pay electric which runs $15-25 per month. Parking spaces available for $45 per month, there is on street parking as well. $40 application fee for screening, credit and background check.
