Live in a historical building with plenty of updates and unique charm. In the unit washer and dryer, a small green space for your four-legged friends to enjoy. Tenants are to be responsible for all utilities and renters insurance. Pets are OK with required paperwork (Vaccination Record, License, and photo of pet) non-refundable pet deposit equal to 25% of rent, with a $25 monthly pet rent per pet (Maximum 2 pets).
