Rising View is a well-established community with an overall goal to accommodate and serve our residents. We have many different rental home floor plans to choose from. Our neighborhoods consist of mature trees, parks and peaceful streets which are monitored daily by Security Forces. Rising View is close to Offutt, the Stratcom Gate, restaurants, shopping, entertainment and more!

First and foremost, maintenance seems to have gotten their crap together. They are out about a day after the service request- same day if it's an emergency- and we have had 0 issues. Second, our unit was nicely done when we moved in. It looks nice in here. I believe there were some changes with maybe the lawn people or management- but yards are actually maintained now - even the houses that are vacant- and they're checking to be sure the people who are living here are taking care of it. There was a crackdown on fireworks more than there was the previous time we lived here. And it seems like the leasing office is really committed to making sure that the experience living here is good. It is a night and day difference from when we lived here before. I have zero complaints this time. I'm really happy with the changes that have been made.

I had 6 service orders open with Maintenance and James (service tech) came out and completed all of them. He was detailed and made sure they were complete before he left. I have full confidence in his ability and dedication to taking care of our community.
