Property Id: 2212854 Renting out my 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in central Omaha. It’s in a really great spot and has a massive backyard that is hard to find in the city. Don’t let the outside fool you as the house feels much bigger once you’re inside because of the finished basement. We have the main living room and kitchen upstairs, plus a second living area/rec room downstairs. There’s one full bathroom on the main floor and a second newly finished bathroom in the basement. There’s also a dedicated laundry room with tons of extra storage space, plus a 1-car garage that has room for tool or gear. The location is honestly one of the best parts. You are pretty much in the middle of everything: * 3 mins from an elementary school * 3 mins to Children’s hospital * 5 mins to Walmart, Hy-Vee, and Target It’s a solid home with a great yard and really easy access to shopping and schools.
