Close to Glen Park Bart Station. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Studio is on the first flr of a two story house with yard that has views of downtown SF and Sutro Tower. Laundry in garage. Yard is accessible. Street parking easy to find. Wifi included. Water, electricity, and trash split between two units. No live-in partners, Airbnb or other rentals. No pets, smoking, vaping, drugs, and parties. Thanks!
