This is an ideal place for someone who values privacy and eats out quite often. >>> This unit does not have a kitchen and does not have access to a washer and dryer. It's lower level in-law/one bedroom in Daly City located near San Francisco State University (SFSU), three malls (Serramonte, Stonestown and Westlake), two BART stations (Daly City and Colma), two Sam Trans bus lines (120, 121), two laundromats, and plenty of restaurants. The in-law has: - A private entrance - A private bathroom - A spacious living room - New wall to wall carpeting - A mini refrigerator and microwave - Available street parking - A spacious backyard, if you like to garden The rent includes basic utilities + wifi for a single household (electricity, water, and garbage). The monthly rent is $1,450 with a 6 month lease. Move-in would require first and last month's rent and $1,000 security deposit and first month’s rent totaling $3,900. We would prefer one occupant, but open to having a maximum of two occupants for an increased rent amount (to be determined later). Light cooking with a hot plate and rice cooker/food steamer is allowed. Sorry no pets, no smoking, no loud late nights, no drugs of any kind, and no illegal activities. We will consider offers on a first come, first served basis via e-mail with a 600+ credit score. We will consider co-signers for SFSU students. A credit check will be processed.
