Immediate access to Rainier Avenue, and nearly equidistant from both Downtown Seattle and Bellevue. Less than 10 minutes from Fred Meyer, Home Depot and Wal-Mart, Kubota Garden, the Cedar River Trail and Lake Washington, and only 15 away from Westfield Southcenter Mall or the airport. No smoking. Up to 2 pets allowed, 30lbs limit each, with additional pet rent, renters insurance and refundable deposit required. Tenant responsible for utilities (water/Sewer and electric etc) $55 application fee per adult 18 years and older. 12 month lease offered with first month's rent and equal security deposit.
