There is no kitchen use, you can bring your own microwave and mini-fridge if you want though. The shared bathroom is on the same floor right next to your room. Free Wifi and all utilities included. Laundromat is literally on the same block, few minutes walk from my house. T station is across the street from my house. House is right in front of Applebee's and Panera Bread. Plenty of street parking in front of my house. I don't rent to just anyone, I will need to see if you are a good fit for my family. PREFERABLY YOUNG PROFESSIONALS. Move-in cost is One (1) Month's rent or Four (4) weeks upfront (First Week, Two (2) Last Week, Security Deposit), plus a $100 move-in/move-out/key setup fee. I will need at least 1-month notice when you plan to leave so I can rent it out to another person right away. I run my own background check on you with my own software and I will also need to see your credit report as well (free from www.creditkarma.com) which you will provide to me on your own, I will not do any hard/soft pull on you.
