Kitchen is eat-in, has gas stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and plenty cabinets. Basement is full size. Back yard big enough for fire pit, cook outs, etc. Very good credit and job references. Co-signers are acceptable. Move in costs are first, last, and security.
