The Presidio Residences is pleased to announce availability in our Upper Portola East neighborhood. The sunny Upper Portola East neighborhood’s four-bedroom, carpeted townhouses were added across the street from the Upper Portola West townhomes almost 20 years after the Upper Portola West townhomes were built. They offer ample space and have close proximity to outdoor activities including Paul Goose Field, Presidio Wall Playground, picnicking and birdwatching at El Polin Spring. Offered at $6,950.00* per month, 772-B Portola Street is a 4- bedroom, 2-bathroom townhouse. This home is approximately 1,390 sq. ft. and features a kitchen, bedroom with balcony, outdoor storage, and a designated parking space. The Presidio Golf Course is a short but admittedly steep walk up the hill to the west. We will have an open house on Friday, May 15th from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Due to the high volume of interested households, we will begin accepting holding deposits on immediately after the open house starting with Presidio-based employees. If applicable after 1:00 p.m., and according to our priority system, we will offer these homes to general public households who have confirmed their interest. Additional Information: Holding deposit is $6,950 Application fee is $64 per adult Parking permit for each additional vehicle is $100 per month, 3 cars maximum Two household pets are permitted with an additional $500 deposit and $75 pet rent per pet. Current vaccination records, spaying/neutering records, emergency caregiver contact information, and veterinarian contact information are required All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, a credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residences. Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. *Prices reflect a twelve-month lease with a move-in date by or before 5/23/26.
