This home has a recent remodel in the last few years. This home is in a convenient location and is close to downtown and plenty of restuarants, BOK Center and downtown entertainment. Has three parks within walking distance and a crossover walkway to get to River Park Trails. Also included is a fenced yard,private driveway,onsite laundry room and schools nearby. The yard will be divided as soon as I get the cross fence up. This house has a full basement. It has its own two doors that are separate from the upstairs house. They're is a older couple that lives in the basement. The man works for me keeping up my properties. This house has two driveways , one on the front Street level which has two parking places. Then they're are two parking places in the back coming in from the alley.
