Hazelwood Park is also very close by. This home boasts many wonderful features. Walk through the entry and immediately notice the original hardwood flooring that has been completely restored! It is beautiful! A large picture window in the living room gives you a great view of the neighborhood and approaching visitors. A dining room off the living room transitions nicely to the large kitchen with massive amounts of cabinetry. Appliances include: fridge, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and disposal. Sliding doors to the house and outside let you decide where the heat should go, but can add substantially to lowering utility bills in the winter.
