Hello everyone! We are looking for someone to rent a 3bedroom 3.5 bath house near the medical center! This is a spacious townhome that is EXTREMELY close to the medical center (10 min bike ride- I ride my bike to TMC almost everyday). I am a medical resident and I am about to finish residency, thus moving out of this townhome and heading back to Dallas. I LOVED LIVING HERE and lived here for 4 years. This house can comfortably fit 3-4 people (each room would have their own bathroom and there is an extra loft upstairs on the 4th floor). Washer/dryer/refrigerator/freezer and all kitchen appliances (oven and microwave and stove) are included. We can even partially furnish the rooms with some twin mattresses and bedframes if desired, chair, some side tables and can furnish the living room with a couch and small dining table. You would have to provide TV and chairs though. :) Furnishing will come free as described above. Does not include utilities. Free parking. The only fees you would have to pay upfront is background check and rent deposit of 1 month that will be returned to you upon the end of the lease as long as everything is in good condition. No admin fees! Start of the lease we are looking mid june/early july but also flexible with timing. We will also include basic pest control from terminix (annual $500 value) and lawn services!
