All events, gatherings, or parties must be approved prior by the host. If not, guests will be subjected to cancellation, with no refund. Guests with no reviews or low-rated reviews will require a $300 refundable incidental deposit. Check-out is at 11AM on the day of departure. A $75/hr fee will be automatically applied after 11AM, and late check-out will only be available if there are no same-day check-ins. No smoking in the home or tampering with smoke detectors is allowed, with a $350 fine plus cancellation of booking without refund for any violator of this policy. Pets are not allowed at any time, and unreported pets will result in a $250 fine. Includes a comfortable workspace with central A/C and heat, and complimentary toiletries. A laptop computer is not included.
