Please note that it is my first review ever on Google for an apartment complex. I loved this place and instantly felt it could be a peaceful, safe, tranquil, and clean home for my family. Like many of you, I searched for a new place to call home following months of unnecessary and dreadful stress due to the inability of our current building’s management to provide a sanitary and safe living environment for many other residents and me. We spent a few afternoons looking at apartments fitting our current budget, and Curve 6100 made it to the top-five list — reviews from current and past tenants were very important. We scheduled our visit, and the property manager took the time to show us around the building and answer every question. At first, he introduced himself and asked us how we could help us find our next home and what we could do to help us meet our needs. His introduction resonated with me because, unfortunately, professionalism, kindness, and basic humanity is lacking nowadays among building management companies. Long story short, the apartment truly checks all the boxes of what we needed at this moment in our lives, and we decided to sign the lease the same day, a few hours after the tour. And will be moving within a few weeks. We are excited and happy to build new memories at our new home, Curve 6100.

Going on three years now! I really love my apartment, great amenities and the quiet. Perfect location with shopping, parks, the Metro and quick access to I395. Easy commute to the Pentagon or D.C. just awesome makes it hard to move! Best of all the most phenomenal sunsets for a city! Deborah
