I was at Avalon for 2 years and it was an amazing experience, it’s a well kept apartment complex. Anytime I had an issue maintenance always fixed it in an appropriate amount of time the longest I waited was two days, the team at Avalon was always helpful when I had questions or issues. The only negative would be some residents would let their dog use the bathroom in the garage parking which was gross and made it smell like poo (happened at least once a month) other than that I really never had an issue. The other thing I loved it was a pretty clean community and very quiet, again only negative was dog poop.
Definitely recommend living here, 5 stars!

I have been living at the Avalon for almost 3 years and I can say the maintenance team is very attentive and professional! Most recently, I have had Chris Poteat help with replacing my washer machine and refrigerator! He checks in from time to time when he sees me walking my dogs through the community just to even say hi.

Our favorite maintenance guy Chris Poteat has saved the day again. His knowledge and expertise shine through each and every time he helps us, from fixing our mailbox lock to fixing our AC unit. We appreciate his help so much and know with confidence that he will solve any issue we have big or small.

Our AC unit stopped blowing. Chris Poteat came as soon as the work order was put in and didn’t leave until he confirmed everything was working properly and even tested the air to make sure it was actually cooling down. He also checked our air filter and replaced it. He went above and beyond to make sure our issue was resolved properly and double checked to see if we had anything else that we wanted checked out. Much appreciated.

After living in the community for 3 years I can say there have been huge improvements. A big thanks to Chris Poteat (who checks in after a service request is finished and will help on the fly if you need and he is around) and the entire maintenance team, as well as new management-though Erin in the leasing office has always been a big help and has been here the entire time! Maintenance is now speedy and effective, and while you cannot reach the office by phone, unfortunatley, you can easily find someone to help you if you walk in.

Chris Poteat from Avalon at Arlington square came to repair my ceiling fan, and I was impressed with his thoroughness and professionalism. At first, the fan appeared to be working fine, but Chris took the time to wait and double check, and sure enough, the problem reappeared. Not only did he fix it quickly, but he also took the extra step of covering an exposed wire for added safety. I really appreciate the attention to detail and efficient service. Great job, Chris!

We continue to have great experiences with both the maintenance and management teams! Earlier this summer we had maintenance issues ranging from minor to an old A/C unit and some flooring that needed to be replaced.
Considering the crazy summer schedule and workload the teams have, everyone continues to consistently do excellent work and provide great service. Although it took a few visits to resolve the A/C issue; we couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have to mention, as well, that working with vendors from Cam Construction was a great experience. I was completely impressed with them. It took a few days to complete everything and they were thorough and diligent in every way ensuring that each project was completed professionally and efficiently. We especially appreciated the on-going follow-up from Juan on the maintenance team and Cristian with the vendors! Even now when I run into the team or the vendors in the community, they stop and ask if everything is still working well!
The office management team deserves a shout-out, too. Lisa and Valerie have each recently resolved separate neighbor issues involving smoking and excessive after-hours noise. Even though it seems this kind of inconsiderate behavior happens no matter where you live these days, both of these incidents were addressed and resolved quickly by management(one of them after office hours on a Friday night!). Two other standouts in the office are Lily and Erin, who are always supportive and quick to help out! We continue to feel valued as residents. Thank you. Well done all around.

Highly Recommend Cesar H. - Knowledgeable, Professional, and Efficient!
I'm thrilled to write a review for Cesar H. He recently tackled two separate issues in our home: a broken garbage disposal(replaced) and inspected an old malfunctioning AC unit(fingers crossed it will cool us down and stop running 24/7). We placed the service request late yesterday afternoon/evening, and he was at our front door first thing this morning!
Cesar impressed us greatly with his professionalism. Throughout the repairs, he patiently explained the problems, the solutions he was implementing, and the benefits of each step. This clear communication put us at ease and we felt valued as residents.
In addition to his expertise, Cesar was a pleasure to have in our home. He was respectful, personable, and always maintained a professional demeanor. It's clear he takes pride in his work and providing excellent customer service.
Cesar's skills and positive attitude are true assets to Avalon. Because of both of our experiences with him, we continue to be impressed with the current maintenance team, but especially him. We highly recommend Cesar and wouldn't hesitate requesting him for future maintenance needs.

We’ve been living here for over a year, and in that time we have had a few maintenance issues pop up here and there (normal apartment issues - AC, washer issues, etc). Special shout out to our favorite maintenance worker Chris Poteat who every single time came and helped us out and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy!
