The house was gutted back to the studs and is fully foam insulated with double pain windows, which equals low utility bills. The photos speak for the quality of the finish out. Location is walking and biking distance to lots of bars and restaurants. The house is 5 minuets from Central Expressway, 10 min to downtown, close to Greenville Ave., SMU, Knox Henderson, Uptown, Katy Trail, Whiterock Lake, Lakewood areas. It is set up to support a roommate situation very well with separate bathrooms. Kitchen- has 3 sinks and is set up for people who really like to cook. The kitchen cabinets are soft close. Kitchen has a massive amount of storage for the square footage of the house. Shower- regular head, body sprays and extra hose to dog wash head. Parking- There is off street parking and covered parking. If you have friends over there is plenty of off street parking which is rare in this area. No Fenced yard. This house has more storage space than any other house I know of, new or otherwise. This is not offered by a realtor because it is a high demand area and we do not have to or need to use realtors- neither renter nor landlord needs to pay an unnecessary commission. That being said, if you need to use a realtor for some reason, you also need to pay their commission. This house is a very straight forward rental. You call us. We let you see the house. You let us know you would like to rent it to include the time frame. We will ask you about your employment status. Pets? And questions about pet? We do not care if you had a DWI or DUI. You'll be living close enough to walk to the bars !!! We are used to having low key, easy going renters who for the most part take care of themselves. The previous renters of this place have typically been young professionals who have lived here until they get married or get transferred. As you face the house, it is the left side where the driveway is that is for rent. It is a very good location close to everything. It is also very bike and walk friendly. My 15 year old daughter walks, runs, bikes the neighborhood daily and I have no trepidation about it. Tietze Park is three blocks from the house and has pool, basketball, baseball, soccer, volley ball, jogging trail, playground equipment. New School opening this fall one block away.
