Bike the Mount Vernon trail or walk to Braddock Road Metro. Lease duration: 1 to 2 years No more than two unrelated persons. Good credit. Provide current and prior owner/property manager contact info/references Renter pays gas, water and electric. Owner pays refuse removal. Renter is responsible for yard maintenance. Well-mannered dog welcome, at least one year old, under 50 pounds (at full size). Non refundable $250 pet fee plus $500 additional security deposit. No smoking.
