Two small bedrooms are served by one full bath, Please note these bedrooms are QUITE NARROW and will not fit a king bed. You also have to be creative in bed placement. A queen will work in one of them. The other bedroom is probably better served as an office space as MAYBE a twin or daybed would work in there. Please carefully look at the photos before reaching out. The center of the gorgeous living room features a wood-burning fireplace, with a beautiful mantel. The living room is good size. The kitchen on the other side of the house has a small area for a dining table. The kitchen has quartz countertop, stainless appliances, and dark cherry cabinetry. A built-in pantry is a nice, gentle reminder of the age of this ole girl. The private backyard is very spacious with plenty of sunlight and beds for a garden, and a patio and even comes with a grill and outdoor fireplace. The basement is accessed from the outside and is quite raw, it's the perfect place to store outdoor equipment and holiday decorations. There is outside private parking for 2 smaller cars or one larger in the alley behind. And plenty of street parking in front! *PLEASE EMAIL FOR SCREENING CRITERIA and /or to schedule a tour* The tenant is responsible for yard care and all utilities.
