The private backyard is very spacious with plenty of sunlight and beds for a garden, and a patio and even comes with a grill and outdoor fireplace. The basement is accessed from the outside and is quite raw, it's the perfect place to store outdoor equipment and holiday decorations. There is outside private parking for 2 smaller cars or one larger in the alley behind.
