Bidding Information: A bid package must include a brief proposal letter containing the following: initial monthly rental rate lease commencement date lease term-1 year minimum annual rent escalation factor % All applicants must meet the Presidio Trust’s standard residential screening criteria. This includes, in part, credit check, criminal background check, verification of income and assets, and verification of past residence.
