It has 3 bedrooms, two full baths, two car garage, washer/dryer/dishwasher, and a gas fireplace with remote control. It is 1,630 sq ft, of indoor space with a large front and backyards, with the back one completely fenced. Neighborhood is quiet and has lots of trees. Small pets ok with pet deposit. Tenant takes care of the lawn. I have a service I can recommend. Utilities not included in rent.
