2 bedroom, 2 bathroom main level apartment in classic home in south Seattle, near I-5 for easy commuting to downtown Seattle, Bellevue, and south. Utilities included! Amenities included: central heat (radiant ceiling heat zone system), deck, dishwasher, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, updated kitchen, in-ceiling Sonos speakers, updated bathrooms, storage in finished attic bonus space (not included in finished square footage), washer/dryer, and yard. Unit is on the main level of the home, above a basement apartment. We have soundproofed between floors as best we can, but being an old home, there are still some sounds that travel between floors.
