The large living room has a gas fireplace and deck and there is a party room in the penthouse overlooking the trees with a view for miles. Each floor has it's own laundry room. Gas heat and water are included. Garage Fee $50 Local Schools: Jackson Elementary School (Pre-K-6) 0.6 mile Norris Middle School (6-8) 1.4 miles Central High School (9-12) 1.6 mile We're hoping that our next tenant will love it as much as we do!
