This beautiful townhouse is located a few steps away from Highland Park!! This unit is part of the Elmwood Manor Apartments properties. There are very few of these townhouses in the complex and there is usually a waiting list to get one. We are looking for someone to take over the remainder of our lease starting August 1st. Our lease expires on September 30 and you will have the option to sign a new lease for another year. This is a 3-story townhouse: the first level is a single car garage, storage unit and laundry (washer and dryer included). The second floor is the main living area plus the kitchen and one half bath. There are two spacious bedroom and a full bathroom on the third floor. Everything in the house is super clean and in great condition. We got brand new carpets when we moved in and have kept everything like new (no shoes on the carpet). Also, Elmwood Manor has a great maintenance team that will help you with everything you need in the future.
