Renter's insurance of at least $100,000 liability coverage is required, with the property owner listed as "Additional Interest." 6. Approved applicants must be prepared to move in within 20 days of approval. 7. Applicants must provide three months of pay stubs and bank statements. 8. Applicants must show verifiable reserves equal to three months' rent. NOTE: Applications will not be considered or processed until application fee(s) and all required documents have been submitted.
