Feels like living in the forest next to the ocean, inside a city. Apartment is clean, community and management are nice. I have a portable AC if it gets very hot, but only used it a few times this year. Did not experience issues mentioned by other reviewers, although move out rules exist. They are written, spoken and communicated well before signing the contract. New paint, new carpet is sub-optimal for short term rentals, for both parties. If you are considering, worth to take a look

nice clean apartments with lots of greenary and water around.It has sweeming pool,well equiped gymnasium. warm neighbourhood and very convenient location .
