We put in a lot of work to make this house our home. We'd like to think it has everything to make it a very comfortable place to live. No broker or application fees!3 beds, 2 baths, 1 office. The office has a walk-in closet/storage but we must call it an office because the window opening is too small. One of the baths has a shower (downstairs) while the other(upstairs) has a tub. The downstairs bath also has the washer/dryer. Air conditioning? Yes. Forced air. Throughout. Hate clearing snow off your car? We have a 2 car garage with automatic garage doors. Garage has power. 240V 30amp Power outlets for EV chargers are in place. You bring your charger and park your precious away from the elements. Got more than 2 cars? The driveway fits 4 cars, probably more if you are better at parking than we are. Want a place to garden and hang out, perhaps grill? Check out the low maintenance composite board patio. We deal with yard maintenance but you deal with snow. Eat-in kitchen? We have that. Check out the custom hardwood countertop. It is set up for a chest freezer - kegerator if you are so inclined. If you are too classy for beer, simply use the space for a wine cooler. We have all the other kitchen features you find in a much-loved home - Sink disposal, dishwasher, hood with exhaust, glass-top stove, oven, and built-in microwave. We even have a hot water dispenser - as in hot water that you can use to make tea right from the faucet. Think about how fast you get water to a boil, and formula to that crying child. In-house laundry? Yes. Washer and dryer in the downstairs bathroom. Tenant references. Just ask. The basement (walkable unless you are very very tall) is dry (water does seep in the lowest bits if it is really really heavy rain) but we used it for storage without issue. A few bricks is all it takes to be more certain that what you put down there will stay dry. Pet policy is a case by case basis. We have pets too and we know it is all about the owner. Have young children, worried about lead? This building is certified lead-abated. Reach out and we'll explain what this means. The house is located on a dead-end street so it is quiet, and there is little traffic. It's a nice neighborhood and we enjoyed living here very much. The South Wedge and Park Ave restaurant scene is a short walk and even shorter drive away. What we don't have:Hardwood floors. Overrated. Oh. So. Overrated. High ceilings. Nah. We aren't that tall.
