Split level ranch style with bedrooms and bathrooms 3 steps up, one primary bedroom with en-suite bath and dressing area, then access to South facing multi-tiered garden. Kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances (aside from dishwasher), new counters and floor, new base cabinets, upper cabinets have refinished doors, and new LED lighting was installed. Bathrooms have new sinks, toilets, and medicine cabinets, bathroom tile and bathtubs have been electrostatically painted, 2nd bath has new washer and dryer! New frosted glass paned closet doors, baseboard molding and baseboard heating covers were installed, finally fresh paint and floors were refinished. Initial $30 credit report per applicant, first month's rent and one month security deposit due at lease signing.
